Once upon a time

every Christmas was made complete with fruit, nuts and dates.

Throughout the Christmas period Satsumas, Clementines and Mandarin Oranges briefly came into season.

Each fruit was carefully wrapped in a decorative tissue.

Over the years these wrappers have slowly dissappeared from our shops and supermarkets.

It is time to remember them.
